personally, i think that you have the right to die because some disabilities your in capable to do the things you loved/love which builds up mental depression and can be very painful.
Overall I believe it is their choice, of course murder is wrong but if the person truly wants to die they should have the final decision but people should at least talk to them or help that before hand.
If a person's suffering is so great that they feel that they cannot live with their pain then it should be legal to assist someone's dying wish. A doctor would remove a patient's life support when in a coma then why not help someone who can feel the pain?

Well it was his choice and his choice alone as it was his body so he should be allowed to die if he wanted to. Another thing is that it ended his mental suffering which would of damaged him permanently causing more suffering than he actually had.
i think if people want to die they should be aloud to its their own life and they should have a choice to do what they want they should have a long hard think about there decision and talk with friends and family and then come to a conclusion if they want to end there life so other can persuade them off it
